The development of Talent Insights stemmed from three core goals:

  3. Real-time LinkedIn Updates: Providing accurate labour market insights at any given moment.

After extensive testing involving over 80 customers across different levels in talent organisations, Talent Insights showcased success stories across industries like mining, insurance, and software. Notable instances include Intel leveraging insights for employer branding strategies in Poland and a UK startup using talent pool analysis in China to establish new offices. The product comprises two reports designed for diverse functions: peer benchmarking, retention analysis, and university recruiting.
